Sculpt is a high-intensity yoga practice that will challenge you both mentally and physically. Each class will focus on toning each muscle group as well as boost your metabolism. Weights are option for an added challenge. Get ready to sweat in this booty burning, ab blasting, energizing class! 

Flow is a breath to movement practice. In each class you will flow through a unique sequence that will stretch and strengthen your body while connecting with your breath.

Restore Time to relax and surrender. In this class you will hold poses for longer periods of time aiding in flexibility and releasing muscle tension. We will focus on healing the mind and body through simple poses and breath.

Prenatal Yoga is about honoring the changes in our body and mind. Join me on this beautiful journey to motherhood. This series of classes offers movement, breath, meditation and more for your 1st, 2nd and 3rd trimester.
